Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient holistic therapy that activates the healing powers of the body.

Its earliest pictorial evidence dates from 2330 BC in an Egyptian tomb.

Reflexology is the technique of applying pressure to specific points on the feet or hands. These reflex points correspond to body parts and organs. By stimulating these points, the energy flow of the body is improved.

Reflexology can reduce stress, induce deep relaxation, improve circulation, balance the whole system, improve the immune system, reduce chronic ailments, rid the body of waste products and toxins and boost energy levels.

Reflexology can help with headaches, migraines, hormonal imbalance, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), indigestion, constipation, sickness, back pain, PMS (premenstrual syndrome) menopause, insomnia, infertility, endometriosis, asthma, colds, underactive thyroid, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, allergies, hypertension, osteoarthritis, skin conditions, and much more.
